Welcome to Kawa. These guidelines cover prohibited content, reporting and blocking, account actions, and how to contact developers about complaints or safety. Using the app means you agree to these guidelines and the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Prohibited content
Illegal: drugs, firearms/explosives, violent extremism, suicide encouragement, fraud, and similar.
Sexual: explicit sexual content, pornographic solicitation, or inappropriate content involving minors.
Harassment: personal attacks, hate speech, stalking, or malicious insults.
Infringement: unauthorized full works, stolen photos, or trademark misuse.
Discrimination: offensive content based on race, gender, religion, disability, or similar.
Built-in filters block obvious violations when posting annotations or comments. Filters are not perfect — you remain responsible for lawful use.
2. Reporting
You may report annotation content or a user, choose a reason, and add details.
Reports enter a pending queue for developer review.
Outcomes may include content removal, warnings, feature limits, bans, or rejecting bad-faith reports.
Malicious false reports may lead to restrictions on the reporter.
3. Blocking
You may block abusive users; their annotations and comments will be hidden from you.
Blocking is a local safety tool and does not replace reporting for serious violations.
Unblock anytime under Settings → Blocked users.
4. Account actions
Warning: for minor issues.
Limit posting/comments: temporary UGC restrictions.
Content removal: delete violating annotations or comments.
Ban / wipe: for severe or repeated violations.
Actions may follow filter hits, user reports, and human review. Developers retain enforcement rights and will cooperate with law enforcement where required.
5. Contact (complaints & safety)
